Privacy Policy

Draft privacy posture for the Workers Network MVP.

What we collect

Workers Network may collect account details, profile information, skills, work-history claims, evidence summaries, verification requests, organization membership, and messages submitted through the public interest form.

How we use it

We use this information to operate private organization workspaces, help members maintain work records, route verification requests, review submitted claims, protect the service, and respond to partner outreach.

What we do not do

The intended policy is simple: do not sell personal data, do not turn worker records into advertising profiles, and do not expose private organization records publicly by default.

Access controls

Organization data is scoped to authenticated team accounts. Access depends on account membership, role, and the security policies enforced by the application and database.

Sensitive records

Employment claims, credentials, references, and verification notes can be sensitive. Do not upload confidential records unless you have permission and a clear operational reason.

Review status

This MVP policy is a working draft. It must be reviewed before expanded production use involving sensitive worker or employer records.
